Considering the recent increase in burglaries - all jewelry, valuable items are removed from the house and will be brought in the morning of the sale.
No early visits – do not disturb residents.
You enter the premises of the sale at your own risk. By entering the premises of the above stated estate – you agree to exempt us and the owners/trustees of the estate from any and all liabilities in relation to accidents and injury you might inquire.

We accept major credit and debit cards (we do not accept American Express or related cards). We charge a Convenience Fee of up to 3% on credit card purchases.
REMEMBER: absolutely NO purses (except for wallet-type). Do please bring open boxes.
For heavy items bring help. Our staff might not be able to assist you.
We do not do pre-sales and do not pre-sale prior to the sale.
We do not accept any responsibilities for keeping “Lists” or mange lines prior to opening of sale. Make your own line – we will open the door at the designated hour and let you in. We will let you in based on the line you organize outside the entrance.
We sell - “First come, first serve” bases. All sales are final. Please check carefully items you are planning to buy, ask questions – we will be happy to answer your inquiries.

Entire contents of this large estate– for sale.
The estate is furnished with antique furniture, Primitive, cool items, antique tools and much much more.
For Sale (see pictures) a Harley-Davidson Motorcycle and a Wells Cargo Trailer with a specialized ramp to transport the motorcycle (among other use). It can be sold prior to the actual estate sale.
Art, Animation posters, Lots of Jewelry, Crystal, China, Glasses, floor lamps. Clothing, Shoes and boots, Glassware, Ceramics, Collectibles. Items for Special needs people, Bicycles. Flatware Silverware, Home electronics, TV’s, vintage Telephones, and much more. Lots of vintage and antique books (not in the pictures – we will add them Wednesday), Garden equipment, Tools, Kitchen stuff. Wall clocks, Rugs, Small Refrigerators, Washers and Dryer Equipment Fireplace appliances, and much more. Lots of plants and pots.
Antique doors: old Cooper covered/wood ship door (84”x42”x2.2”), Old English pub Vaults room door (78”x32 ¾”x1 7/8”). Vintage foul size barber shop sign/lamp. Antique locomotive pressure gauge. Antique red industrial coffee grinder – added lamp. Stained glass large signs (Live Trout - 2), Pork - 2, Veal, Ham and more.
Lots of vintage door handles, locks and cabinet handle, electrical accessories and supplies, New 29-gallon water heater, home repair and building material. Antique and vintage barn items. To much to describe – see pictures.
Harley Davidson Motorcycle, original owner since - 1989 – 25.800 miles – modified FXST Softail - Modified with Screaming Eagle performance parts, custom paint, brown Leather seats, bags, handles (Sterling Silver buckles locks and belt edges) and other Harley-Davidson custom modifications (total spent on options close to $8000.00).
Trailer 10’ feet – Tote Wagon Steel Structured by “Wells Cargo” USA made. Very Good Condition.

ATTENTION:
We ask all our customers to park the cars on the street – do not park in the driveway (the car will be towed). The driveway to the residence is on a slope down (please do not wear high heels to go down slope). We provide transportation and help to move purchased items uphill to your car (free of charge). The driveway cannot be blocked. We will allow pickup of heavy items with your own car. And provide movers to move heavy, bulky items to your residence if requested (you pay movers).
