Beautiful High-End Malibu Beach Sale

We are doing a one day blowout on this house! Open 10am to 6pm on Thursday. But if we sell out before then we will close early so check the listing before you head over to make sure we are still open. I will update it here. 

No sign-up sheet. This is in a gated community and we will go down and open the gate at 9:30 so you can wait at the house. We will open the doors at 10 AM sharp. You may need to find parking along Baden Place and walk up the hill. Be careful not to block driveways.

 This home belongs to a designer, so everything in it is very in style and classic. Think… parachute, restoration hardware, pottery barn, etc. would be a great resource for a staging company Or interior designer

We will also be gutting this property so all doors, windows, fixtures, lights, tubs, kitchen cabinets, appliances, showers, etc. are for sale.
