To be let in the gate at Marine Ave & Portsmouth Way, let the guard know you are here for the Estate Sale & they should let you in. If any issues getting in, try calling me at 310-997-0966. Parking in the community is not an issue. Sign-in sheet will be placed outside the home at 11:45am the 1st day of the sale so no need to come real early like usual. The sign in sheet is used to see who gets in first at the grand opening of the sale as well as help us practice social distancing throughout the sale. Doors open at 12pm. All items that are reserved in the hold area must be paid for in full. Bring your own assistance and tools for moving furniture. As always, please be respectful to the neighbors, home and Grasons Co. staff. Parking in community is not an issue. We can’t wait to see you!
