Not responsible for accidents. NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS, SO PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ITEMS THOROUGHLY BEFORE DEPARTING. Thank you.

First come first serve in line formation. For the safety and security of our Customers as well as our Client's home and inventory, we will limit the amount of people permitted access during the first rush of shoppers. We anticipate to allow approximately 20 or so people entrance at 7:30. There is only one entrance and one exit during the sale, and the house is very snug inside. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone. We do not have a restroom available for customers. We value our shoppers, our client, our client's home and inventory, and we strive to make the experience enjoyable for everyone.

WE ALSO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHECK ALL PURSES, BAGS, TOTES, BOXES, ETC. UPON YOUR DEPARTURE. Anyone caught changing prices, or removing price labels/stickers will be escorted out of the home immediately without items you may have wanted to purchase.
