We are not responsible for accidents or injuries.There are no strollers allowed.Everyone will be let in at the opening time but called in by sign up sheet order. If you break anything you will be responsible to pay for it so be extra careful of the delicate items. For Herend, Baccarat, Royal Copenhagen,"A The Nun's Story" original storyboard and the Barbies there will be a person to assist you. If interested in those items, you will have to line up in list order and tell the estate sale employee which item you want to see/buy and they will show it to you. Then, if you want to purchase it, you go to the cashier, pay for it, you wrap it and take it to your car.
