Please be advised, due to the popularity of our estate sales and security precautions, there may be a line during the first few hours on the first day of the sale. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. Please, NO PURSES are allowed inside. Leave them in your car or you will be turned away. Bring CASH, we do not accept checks. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, please inspect all items before you purchase. Sales tax of 9% will be charged on all purchases. ALL HOLDERS OF RESALE LICENSES MUST HAVE THEM IN HAND OR BE PREVIOUSLY REGISTERED. We reserve the right to refuse service if we deem it necessary. Everything is sold as-is, we do not accept returns and we do not hold items. BRING YOUR OWN MOVERS we unfortunately cannot help with heavy items. We can arrange for you to pick-up large items after the sale but please be ready to move them during sale hours. Please be careful and watch your children, if you or they break something you will be expected to pay for it. You are entering the property at your own risk. Succor or the Homeowner cannot be held accountable. WE DO NOT GIVE OUT NUMBERS AND WE DO NOT POST A SIGN-UP SHEET, or honor any posted by others.

We're hosting a truly fabulous two day estate sale in a Marina Del Rey Ocean Front Condo. This two story condo has Furniture, Antiques, Art, Tons of Books, Art Glass, Décor and so so so much more. Below is just a partial list!
PLEASE BRING CASH!!! We are working on getting a wi-fi connection (the home doesn’t have any) but please don’t count on it, come prepared if we can only take cash.
You enter the premises of the sale at your own risk. By entering the premises of the above stated estate – you agree to exempt Succor Estate Sales and the owners/trustees of the estate from any and all liabilities in relation to accidents and injury you might incur.
We will have staff at the bldg entrance on Speedway. There is an elevator to reach unit but the stairs are faster. Street parking on Pacific Ave is within a short or if a local Uber on over.

If you need more time moving furniture, you will be able to arrange Wednesday, Jan. 23rd at 800am-930am only. Please book an appointment with Stacy during the sale. Due to restricted access, you will need to be sure you have her phone number. It will be better if you plan to move bigger items during the sale if possible so plan ahead.
Come with your empty boxes, reusable bags, tools, dollies, and help to move furniture. Enjoy a walk along the beach after your visit with us!
