•We accept CASH and all sales are final and sold AS IS so please check items carefully. Prices are not quoted before the sale.
We are not responsible for viruses, illnesses. or disease.
•If you plan to come at 8am please text/call 530-693-0386 they day before the sale after 9. You will enter in order of signup. Those that sign up will enter first.

•Parking is limited please do not block the neighbor’s driveway.
•Valuables and jewelry are kept off-premises except for during the sale. Our sales do have security systems and CAMERAS are in use.
•Please bring your own boxes, muscle, help and truck to move any large items you purchase.

This is a pop-up estate sale. We toured the home Wednesday and are starting to setting up. We will do our best to get ready for Saturday’s sale. All items are smoke and pet free from this estate sale. The owner of this home loved to shop on QVC. We have many items that are new in the box. This is a great sale for those who love to resell or just want some new items for their home. We do have Cutco knives that will be listed in an online auction that ends on Sunday July 17 between 5 to 7pm.
