Buyer is responsible for moving all items. There are NO restroom facilities at this sale. Typically, we open a little early, around 8:15am but try to close promptly at 3p.

We have a super cute and clean estate sale this week in Menifee / Sun City area.  Owner moved to a small apartment and everything has to go!  There is nice furniture, lots of vintage photography equipment, collection of Florence Ceramics Pasadena figurines, misc. kitchen items, small appliances, women's and men's clothing and shoes, holiday items, some small hand tools, yard tools, yard art, patio furnitur and more!  We are a little behind schedule so we may still be adding more photos right up until the sale!
