Buyer is responsible for moving all items. There are NO restroom facilities at this sale. Typically, we open a little early, around 8:15am but try to close promptly at 3p.

This is a cute sale coming up in Menifee / Sun City in the Sun Meadows Community.  There is nice furniture, lots of kitchen items, china sets, pyrex, etc. There are dozens of paintings, decor, and collectibles.  Women's Clothing Medium - Petite.  There are sewing, craft, picture frames, lots of yard decor, holiday items, small tools and much more!

 

Special Note:  There are strict parking restrictions in this community.  There is a 15 mph  speed limit.  There are guest parking spots at the end of each street.  Also, you can ONLY park on one side of the street.  We will have signs posted as a reminder. This is a gated community; however the gate will be left open starting at 8:00am.
