This is a terrific sale, most items are vintage and are in very good to excellent condition. There is a step back pine hutch that is massive, about eight feet long and eight feet tall, but with a modest profile of approximately twenty two inches. It is very impressive! We've filled it with an assortment of blue and white pottery and china pieces and cobalt glass dishes and serve ware. There is also a small collection of beautiful pewter mugs, cups and decorative pieces as well as carved wood boxes, cups, etc. Sitting at one end is a Miali Pottery, El Monte, California crock with blue bands. One of the newer items is a pretty 42" round inlaid wood and iron table with four wood and iron chairs. Perfect as a game table or in your breakfast room. There are many pieces of blue and white, including vintage Correll in a bluebell pattern. We are also offering vintage Noritake with a simple white and silver design in the Cumberland pattern. There are enough pieces to make six place settings plus extras. The other china pattern is imported and features full blown pink roses. Speaking of pink, we have pink depression glass wines, in two sizes, and a lovely sandwich plate. There is a twelve place setting of Onieda Community stainless in a storage box, looks brand new! The dining room table is French Provencial in style and has a pretty parquet top and six upholstered chairs. The living room sofa and loveseat are Victorian reproductions covered in a rose tapestry. The suite of coffee and end tables match and feature beveled glass tops. There is a Gorham silverplate coffee and tea service on a tray as well as two beautiful crystal lamps. There are many decorative plates by Lena Liu and Marty Bell featuring hummingbirds (a recurring theme throughout the house), flower baskets, cottages and fairies. Almost all have a box and many have COA's. There is brandy decanter etched with a massive sailing ship and six matching brandy glasses and a Mid Century collection of Rosenthal Lotus punch cups and a covered crystal (punch?) bowl. The den has a super cute wood sofa/daybed with upholstered cushions, a desk, a wicker chair, an oak swivel chair and lots and lots of books, many military and history related. Speaking of military, there is a cool cased ship model and various navy items. There is quite a collection of knives, be sure to check out the pictures and brief descriptions below. The bedroom has another cute daybed, this one with a trundle; both mattresses are in great condition. Our lady was an enthusiastic member of the Red Hat Society and has the hats, gloves and pins to prove it! She also had lots of clothes and shoes. The shoes are in small sizes (five or five and a half). Along with the Society memorabilia there is a ton of costume jewelry, some sterling and some Navajo signed pieces. The guest room is very nice with it's traditional queen size poster bed and footboard, eight drawer dresser, side tables and six drawer lingerie chest. There is a new (purchased in December) queen size mattress too. One room is chock full of newly purchased Christmas and gift items. The patio features a darling round table and four chairs and matching settee. There is also a large glass top patio table and four chairs with cushions, again, in great condition. There are some gardening tools and pots and the usual assortment of kitchen (including a breadmaker and counter top microwave) and garage items. The garage also has a work bench with vise and a one hour rated fire file cabinet. Finally, there are several nice jewelry/music boxes, including a vintage 3-D Japanese box and a very pretty inlaid wood box. And last, but certainly not least, there is an enviable assortment of craft items including yarn, paint, books and storage bins.
