1. Bidder Registration and Approval
By registering or placing a bid, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Lots Offered Without Reserve
All lots are offered without reserve/no reserve. A lot offered without reserve will be sold to the highest bidder accepted by Artebonito.
3. Condition and Descriptions
All properties include a complete lot description and are sold "as is" and "where is." Artebonito does not provide guarantees beyond our descriptions. Buyers may request additional information before placing bids.
4. Bidding and Winning Bidder
The highest bidder accepted by Artebonito will be considered the purchaser of the lot.
Artebonito reserves the right to reject any bid or bidder, resolve disputed bids, withdraw a lot before the sale, reopen bidding, or reoffer a lot when necessary.
All bids are binding and cannot be withdrawn or cancelled without Artebonito?s written approval.
5. Buyer?s Premium and Fees
A 10% buyer?s premium will be added to the hammer price of each lot purchased.
Applicable sales tax and any other charges disclosed in the lot description or on the auction page may also be added to the invoice.
6. Invoices and Automatic Payment
Winning bidders will receive an invoice following the auction, and will be charged within
24 hours after the invoice is issued.
7. Shipping Charges
Flat-rate shipping fees are displayed on each individual lot page and will be added directly to the winning bidder?s invoice.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and any applicable sales taxes, customs duties, import charges.
8. Packing and Delivery
All items will be professionally packed and shipped by an insured carrier. Tracking information will be provided after dispatch.
Items are generally processed for shipment within 3?5 business days after full payment has cleared.
Buyers must provide a complete and accurate physical delivery address. P.O. Box addresses are not accepted.
Packing, handling, shipping, and delivery are undertaken at the buyer?s expense. Artebonito is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs authorities, incorrect address information, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Any additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, unsuccessful delivery attempt, or returned shipment will be the buyer?s responsibility and expenses.
Shipping delays or address problems are not grounds for cancellation of a completed sale.
9. Loss or Damage During Shipping
Because shipments are insured, any visible loss or damage should be documented and reported promptly after delivery. The buyer must retain the original packaging, shipping label, photographs, and all related materials that may be required to submit an insurance claim.
Failure to preserve the packaging or provide the requested documentation may affect the ability to process a claim.
10. Failure to Pay
If a buyer fails to pay the full invoice or otherwise breaches these Terms & Conditions, Artebonito may exercise one or more of the following remedies:
? Cancel the sale;
? Suspend or terminate the buyer?s bidding privileges; and
11. Final Sale
All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted.
