You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury.
No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats.
All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase.
There are NO RETURNS-NO EXCEPTIONS
Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We also accept Zelle from regular customers.
We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale.
Any items larger than what you can carry in your hand will require the services of a professional move. We can arrange pick up and delivery of your large item through Leo's Delivery Service who you will pay directly for the delivery of your item.
Sales tax of 7.75%% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the California Tax and Fee Administration (formerly the California Board of Equalization.)
No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone.

The house looks like something between an old fashioned antique shop and Virginia's gift shop at Knott's Berry Farm.....Tables full, cabinets full, drawers full....OF EVERYTHING!!! Many useful items too!

So much stuff, where to begin. Packed with everything imaginable....crystal, women's clothing (many with original tags/never worn, purses, china, collectibles, figurines, bronzes, antiques, garden...so much more and will list in more detail once we being uncovering more treasures. There are literally thousands (no kidding) of items in every category....an epic collection of Christmas, a garage filled with who knows what, every cupboard and drawer packed with everything you would ever want or need..
Fitz and Floyd, Spode, Lenox, Lladros, Hummels, Depression glass of all colors, glassware, cut glass, pewter, bells, bronzes, ceramics, cups and saucers, quilts, dolls, linens, antiques including hall trees, side tables, entry tables, mantles, armories, beds, chests, bronzes an Elvis slot machine, an old fashioned cash register, and more. It really looks like an antique shop from 30 years ago...a time warp of lovely treasures waiting for new homes.
The garden is beautiful and magical with whimsical items to make you smile. Pots, plants, outdoor furniture, and everything else.
This sale is a "must see" and plan on spending some time and bring boxes...Are you a lover of Christmas? Have we got Christmas for you...Large Santas, medium Santas, small Santas, Santa cookie jars, Santa everything ....Also Spode and Spode Christmas.
As with all of our sales, this sale is by appointment only..Easy to attend...and everyone can attend.
