My policy is no presales of any type. All stock is available on a "first come, first served" basis. I do not allow holds, exchanges, returns or refunds. I do not give out numbers or post a sign-up sheet for our sales. First in line the day of the sale is welcome to start a sign in sheet. This is not an auction. All stock is offered "as is" and "where is". Sorry but I do not provide staff for heavy lifting and loading of furniture. You must bring your own brawn. I will have a service that can make deliveries but that is something you will negotiate on your own with the driver. This is for your convenience.
You must be prepared to remove your purchases before the close of the sale on April 17, by no later than 3:00pm. Cash and Credit Cards only. Boxes only for gathering are permitted. We are practicing safety measures and not permitting bags and purses. The charlatan's are stepping up their act and I will give them the boot. We have a lot of paper to wrap and boxes for as long as it lasts. REMEMBER NO PURSES OR BAGS. LOCK THEM IN YOUR TRUNK.

This is the most amazing sale I've ever represented and the backstory is wonderful. The entire contents is from a 3,700 sq. ft. home in the gated community of Astral Estates. Located in Nichols Canyon in Hollywood Hills. Everything was donated to St. Luke's Episcopal Church in Monrovia, CA.
I have the wonderful opportunity to represent this sale in the same style you are accustomed to with all of my estate sales.

DETAILS of the SALE: Everything is custom made from many of the designers/showrooms located in the Pacific Design Center as well as the talent of donor's Interior Designer putting this home together beautifully. We have tried to group as it appeared in the home.
Designers and Manufacturers names such as Baker, Century, Henredon, Marge Carson, Rene Carzares, Maitland-Smith, Hawkes and Smythe, Theodore Alexander, Althorp Living History by TA, Taylor King, E G Victor, Orleans International, Harden, Ferguson-Copeland, Ltd., Momeni wool rugs, Carver's Guild Mirrors, Martha Stewart Patio, Eugene Schoen, etc.
Wonderful contemporary oil on canvas from galleries from Carmel, CA to Newburyport, MA. Most all of the art is pictured. Lovely décor, lighting, chandeliers (some are still crated), clocks, Roseville pottery, Mr. Christmas 1939 World's Fair amusement rides, elegant silver plate, gorgeous/ luxurious bedding, gourmet kitchen items, Daum crystal, Murano glass, Pottery Barn, Kitchen Aid, beautiful holiday decorations, etc.
It is all in beautiful condition. It will all go to new homes in this four day sale. Enjoy the pictures.
