We are located in Montclair, CA. Flat Rate Priority Shipping is available for non-local buyers. If it fits in a flat rate box, we'll ship it for an additional charge (email info@pickinestates.com for rates)
No deposit require to bid. All invoices must be paid within 24 hours of each auction's end. Accepted forms of payment include all major credit cards, cashiers check, money order, PayPal or cash - no personal checks are accepted. Cashiers checks and money orders should be made out to Pickin Estates.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS. Pickin Estates does not guarantee the condition of any item. It is the responsibility of the bidder to preview all photos or items at our warehouse prior to bidding. All merchandise is sold AS IS, where is, with no guarantees or warranties on any item sold.
Each auction will have designated days for items to be picked up. If you can not pick up won items on the days and times listed, please do not bid. No refunds will be made and your items will be considered abandoned if won items are not picked up. We understand that sometimes emergency situations occur, in those cases please contact info@pickinestates.com to make other arrangements. Bring your own boxes and wrapping materials.
