We are back for phase 3 of our Estate and Barn Sale.  If you were at phase 1 or 2, please come back and see how the first two sales scratched the surface of what is now available. 

The property consists of the main house, a guest house and a huge barn.  The owners were native to San Jose – born in the twenties and lived at this house for many years.  The property is packed with useful everyday ordinary items as well as collectibles (there are collectables all over the place) along with, furniture, tools, culinary items, antiques, jewelry, clothing and so much more.   See further description of the sale and pictures.  See you there!
