COVID 19 GUIDELINES
G & G Estate Sales respects our clients’, buyers’, and shoppers’ health and well-being and will observe several restrictions and modifications for our onsite sales during the current CoVD-19 virus pandemic. The procedures and modifications are as follows:
1. We recommend shoppers and G & G associates wear a face mask during their stay in the home.
2. A limited number of shoppers are permitted in the home to allow for distancing.
3. If a line of people is waiting to enter the sale, please limit each shopping visit to 20 minutes. You may re-enter the sale after waiting in line again.
4. Physical distancing will be encouraged in the waiting line.
5. We do not create or keep any wait lists or sign-in sheets. Please practice courteousness to your fellow shoppers.
5. No public restrooms will be available.
6. Hand sanitizer will be provided for everyone to use.
7. G & G associates will not carry or load any purchases.
8. By attending this sale, you, the customer or shopper, agree to hold harmless the property owner(s), G & G Estate Liquidations, and their associates for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that occur in association with this sale.
We recognize some of these restrictions can be frustrating, but by implementing them we aim for the safest sale possible. Honestly, if you are not feeling well, please stay home, take care of yourself and avoid spreading any illness to others.

A few reminders about this sale.
1) All sales are FINAL. No returns, no exchanges.
2) All sales are CASH ONLY.
3) All sales are FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED.
4) No returns, no exchanges.
5) Please be careful in and around the property. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for injuries or accidents.
6) Bring help for the larger items. This includes handtrucks or dollies and ropes or straps as well as additional people to lift the items.
7) Be considerate of the neighbors and other patrons when parking or loading your purchases.

A view of the sale location, so you know what to look for on Saturday and Sunday.This is a nice medium-sized display cabinet.This table and chair set is in excellent condition.This is a detail of the dining table legs, indicating the style a bit better.In this picture, you can see the dishware set.A larger display cabinet can be seen here. Maybe get both cabinets?This is the largest collection of Kachina dolls I've seen in a long time. There are a few totems as well.This bookcase shows off the various decorative masks and multiple figurines from Asian, African, Meso-American, Native American, and other cultures.There are a few more figurines in this photo, a version of the Aztec calendar framed on the wall, and a selection of the kitchen items. This is one of the sofas available in the sale. Note the framed artwork, too.A couple of chairs and a square coffee table adorn this room.The boxed silverware set is on the chair next to the book pile. This TV sits atop the armoire. Both are worthwhile.There is a bed hiding under the bedding and behind the chest (Hope or Cedar? Maybe both. Come find out!) Also, come see the books.It is a rare sale that doesn't have any clothing for sale. This sale certainly has it. Very neat and tidy, too.Next to the piano is the other closet of clothes. Good quality items to be had.This dresser comes with the mirror, but if you want the Mary statue, that'll be a bit extra.This twin-sized day bed could be yours, but you need to come to the sale.What is an estate sale without office equipment? A desk, desk chair, printer stand/cabinet are all here.More office items, a bit more of the miscellaneous variety.There is a small entertainment stand with the television here. Here you can see another loveseat sofa, stand lamp, and a bookcase for your collections.This is a selection of the cookware in the sale. Folded up is the director's chair, leaning against the right side.I almost forgot! There is a washer and dryer available, too!This is a quaint kitchen table and chair set, perfect for a breakfast nook.This is a look at the glassware, microwave, and other kitchen-related tools.This is the upright piano and bench in the sale. Ah! This is a Weber baby grand piano and bench.
