Clearing out Mom's SMOKE-FREE home -- 63 years of stuff, much of it little used. Among the items available are finely crafted, high quality KUSHWOOD Solid Oak pieces -- extendable dining room table with three 18" leaves (48"x66" up to 120") and 10 matching chairs (+2 similar, but lighter weight, custom made by Kushwood), 75" China cabinet and illuminated hutch, tall bookcases. We have an 80"+ sofa made by Kushwood,with two recliner ends (very heavy-duty mechanisms). Also available is a Queen-size Serta adjustable bed (Ergo mechanism with massage and wireless remote) and mattress, bedroom furniture (two dressers, two end tables), two lift-assist recliners, another 80"+ sofa (also manufactured by Kushwood). and two swivel/rocker chairs, plus assorted tables.

There are a large number of tablecloths of varying sizes, some of them European/Italian/French handwoven and/or with fine needlepoint embroidery, as well as napkins, doilies, some embroidered unfinished fabric in various sizes and morifs, decorated name brand English Fine Bone China teacups with matching saucers (Royal Albert, Paragon, Elizabethan, and others -- most $12 ea/3 for $30, a few higher priced), items from Mikasa, Chicago Metallic Bakeware set (unused), Wilton Armetale, Arthur Court, Rogers, Oneida, and other silverplate, pewter, aluminum, and ceramic platters (Sango (Japan), Mitterteisch (Germany), others) from small to large. All in excellent condition. Hand-painted Russian spoons and a few lacquer items. Soviet-era Russian tea set (15 pieces as a set only), 50th Anniversary Norcrest Gold-decorated Tea Set and Plate (retired collection -- 14 pieces -- willing to separate).
