Monterrey Park, Chinese/ European collector's Mid Century estate

This is a very sweet home filled with treasures from years of collecting ! There are numerous beautiful and intricate Chinese carvings in Stone, Jade, Malachite, Soapstone etc., and other Asian inspired decorative items. There is an extensive collection of lovely water colors and oils, mostly European in nature, beautifully framed, and signed. The cases holding the carvings are stunning for your own collection, or if you have a store.There is a fabulous mid century coffee table and end table, lots of mid century glass, and a very long mid century dining table and chairs. Other furniture includes a very clean sofa and love seat, assorted coffee and end tables, a green leather love seat, recliners, a fabulous metal industrial style desk, a lovely quality 4 piece bedroom set and two smaller bedroom bureaus, a nice collection of lamps including 2 contemporary Tiffany lamps, and other assorted pieces. All are priced reasonably .Smaller collectibles include many liquor decanters, numerous porcelain figurines including two very large signed pieces, some Waterford pieces, some pottery and more ! We also have 3 fabulous mid century typewriters, a microphone and an extensive collection of Motor Trend and other auto related magazines, Mad magazines and other ephemera.The kitchen is full of dish sets, glassware, bar ware, small appliances and decorative items.Like I said, lots of treasures every where. The garage may, or may not be open depending on how much we have time to sort, but we will bring toolboxes and tools to the front of the house .
