Same-family home since the 1960s (house originally built in the 1930s) overlooking the entire San Gabriel Valley, lots of great family furniture including a white oak French country style all wood dining set with 8 seats (2 captain's chairs), two leaves and custom protective pads with a matching hutch, a 1950s Steelcase-style desk, mid-century lawyer's bookcases, a 1920s hutch, keepsakes and belongings, crystal, china, sterling silver Gorham Melrose service for (almost) six and a pair of antique sterling candelabra, a huge 1950s Guardian Service aluminum turkey roaster and large canner/stock pot, Christmas decor, three Vizio TVs, two DVD players & DVDs, VHS player and Disney VHS tapes (among others) and a MASSIVE 1980s Pioneer MA-90 Power Amplifier, a Grundig Classic tabletop radio (works great), books, kitchen, etc etc...plus lots of designer vintage (80s/90s Ann Taylor, Jones NY, Ralph Lauren/Chaps, DKNY among others.
