PAYMENT DEADLINE

All purchases must be paid in full by 3:00 P.M. (PST) on Monday, March 16th, 2026.

HOW TO PAY

Log on to your Orange Blossom Auctions® account and click the “Invoices” tab. You may manually pay with credit card through the website. Your saved card will automatically be charged in full before the pick-up event ends. A 4% credit card processing fee will be added to all credit card and debit card payments. Cash, Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal is also accepted, and will avoid the additional 4% processing fee. Text or email for details on completing electronic cash app payments. 

SALES TAX

Applicable sales tax will be added to all invoices. If you are a reseller with a valid tax-exempt certificate, please submit a copy of your permit to your bidder account and reach out to us via email or text to have certificate approved.

A 15% buyer’s premium applies to all purchases via credit/debit card and cash. An additional 4% credit card processing fee will be added for all credit card and debit card payments. 

ITEM REMOVAL DETAILS

Pick-up for this sale is scheduled for Monday, March 16th, 2026, between 10:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M.

The pick-up address will be listed on the invoice you receive by email at the conclusion of the auction. If you do not see the email, please check your spam folder or log into your Orange Blossom Auctions account and select the "Invoices" tab.

ITEM PICK-UP DETAILS

All items must be picked up and fully removed from the premises no later than 3:00 P.M. on Monday, March 16th, 2026.

Please note: Buyers are fully responsible for reviewing their invoice and ensuring timely pick-up. There will be no alternate pick-up dates or times available.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Shipping is available for most small to medium sized items. Please confirm shipping eligibility with us before bidding.

We do not offer shipping estimates. By requesting shipping, you authorize Orange Blossom Auctions to charge your card for all applicable shipping costs. Shipping requests must be submitted before the end of the scheduled pick-up time.

REMOVAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Buyers are fully responsible for removing their purchased items during the designated pick-up window. Please make arrangements in advance to bring adequate help, tools, and materials to remove and transport your items safely.
Please be sure to collect all of your purchased items before leaving the property. Orange Blossom Auctions is not responsible for any items left behind.

DISCLAIMERS

All items are sold as-is, with no guarantees or warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. Items are not tested for condition or functionality, and Orange Blossom Auctions does not guarantee working order. If buyer fails to remove items by the scheduled deadline, obligation to pay remains and the card on file will be charged for the winning bid amount plus the buyer's premium, and possible relisting fees. All rights to the item(s) will be forfeited. Unclaimed items will be considered abandoned and may be resold or disposed of at our discretion. There are no refunds or exchanges. Please place bids accordingly.

IMPORTANT NOTICE – READ BEFORE BIDDING

Pick-up dates are set specifically based on the needs of the property owner. Pick up dates and times will be adhered to without exception. Many sales are time-sensitive due to real estate closings or other transitions and require prompt item removal. Please ensure you have arrangements in place to retrieve your purchases during the scheduled pick-up period. No additional days or times will be offered, so it is important to plan ahead. Failure to pick up your items within the designated timeframe will result in forfeiture without refund. Lack of completion of payment or pick-up of items will result in added removal fees, re-listing fees, and/or removal of account.

BIDDING TERMS

All bids are final. Once placed, bids cannot be canceled or altered. Bidding in our auction means you are entering into a legally binding agreement to purchase the item(s) at the winning price, along with applicable fees. Please take time to carefully review item descriptions and photographs and attend any available preview opportunities. Orange Blossom Auctions does its best to show flaws or damage through photos, but we do not test items. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to determine condition or functionality. All sales are final. No refunds will be given. If needed, you may adjust your max bid amount by visiting the “My Favorites” section in your account.

PAYMENT TERMS

Full payment is required before any items are removed from the property. You may pay online via your invoices tab, or utilize cash apps Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal . You can also pay cash in person during pick up hours. All credit card and debit card payments will incur an additional 4% credit card processing fee.

AUCTION FORMAT

Orange Blossom Auctions operates as a true auction. Our platform is designed to simulate a live auction experience. This means bidding does not close abruptly. If a bid is placed during the final two minutes of an item’s closing, the time will automatically extend by five minutes. This extension continues until no new bids are placed. Items will close at a rate of approximately three per minute, so we recommend closely watching the countdowns on items you’re interested in.
