We hope to see you at our Estate Sale over the weekend or at a future Estate Sale. We do not offer Pre-Sale of items or give Pre-Sale pricing or pricing over the phone.

NOTE: This is an Estate Sale held out of a garage format inside a 3 car garage. Several items on the side yard. Furniture pieces are very large. Please bring your Truck and many Helpers!!

ANNOUNCEMENT: We are only allowing 20 People in at one time. This garage is jammed packed with big furniture items. Please Note, First Come - First Serve. We DO NOT KEEP LISTS. While we have enough Staff Members to help out, the garage space is very tight and very full, therefore we are concerned about helping You, the Customer and attend to You for a pleasant and safe shopping experience. The side yard has plenty of space.

ORANGE CONES MARKING - Please No Parking in Front of Driveway.

GARBAGE PICK-UP: The garbage pick-up is Friday so please be aware that the trucks pick up early and we need the driveway curbs free. We will place orange cones in that area marking No Parking until the garage cans have been brought back in.

Parking Conditions: lots of parking.

Please be respectful of the neighbors and please do not block or park in the driveways of the Estate Sale house or block the mail boxes for mail delivery.

The garage drive way is big so no parking unless you are loading something, also for "Loading Zone" only when you pick up large furniture or tools equipment and related pieces. Thank you very much in advance for following these instructions.

Teenagers aged 13 and over permitted. Please no pets (except for service animals)or buggies, no walkers, no handicap chairs in the garage or side yard due to very tight quarters with large furniture for sale, there is Very Limited walking in this space.

Space is NOT handicapped accessible, and not equipped for a wheelchair, or walker. Canes are permitted.

Watch Your Step - Please watch your step follow the blue tapes.
