All sales are final, no returns. All items are sold as is and with no guarantees or warranties. Seller and Strictly Estate Sales are not liable for any damage and/or injuries to persons and properties in the home or outside the home. We accept CASH ONLY. Please bring your own bags/boxes. Buyer is responsible for moving all items. There are NO restroom facilities at this sale. Typically, we open a little early, around 8:15am but try to close promptly at 3p.

Family is moving to Montana so everything has to go!  Homeowner was an elementary school teacher for 30 years and just retired!  We have EVERYTHING for teachers!  Lots of supplies, LOTS of elementary school children books, crafts, paper, all of it.

 

The house has nice living room furniture, several coffee tables, end tables, accent tables, entertainment center, bookcases.  Dining room has a beautiful marble base with glass table and 6 upholstered chairs.  There is aslo a glass strage shelf used as a portable bar.  There is LOTS of beautiful artwork, many signed and numbered with COA's.  Kitchen has several sets of china, pots and pans, serving pieces, lots of stemware, etc.  Master Bedroom has a vintage canopy bed with King Mattress.  There are both women and men's clothing.  Office has a desk, several cabinets, several bookcases.  There is also a queen sleeper sofa.  Guest room has a King Mattress Set in excellent condition.  There are lots of linens.  Patio is packed with plants, lots of household plants inside too.  There is a lawnmower, wheel barrow, landscaping tools, lots of pots.  A large Dog Run/Kennel that you need to disassemble to remove. We also are selling the side by side refrigerator and washer/ and dryer.  Garage has lots of holiday items, camping items, bicycle, books, musical instruments, tools and more!
