Buyer is responsible for moving all items. There are NO restroom facilities at this sale. Typically, we open a little early, around 8:15am but try to close promptly at 3p.

This is our last sale this year and its a great one!  Huge 4000 sf - 6 bedroom house- Full!  Owner is downsizing so everything has to go!  

 

There is a beautiful sectional sofa, separate gray leather sofa, several coffee tables, end tables, entry/sofa tables, floor lamps in every room.  Kitchen is packed with several china sets, lots of rand new in box serving items, small appliances flatware, pyrex, stemware, glasses, mugs and much more!

 

Dining room table w/8 chairs, china cabinet, pub table with 6 chairs, lots of artwork, lots of decor and a large vintage photography and camera collection!

 

Master bedroom has some mid century furniture, several dressers, (2) queen bed and mattress sets, closets packed with both men's and women's clothes, lots of designer brands and shoes.

 

There are also several desks, office chairs, lateral file cabinets, misc. office supplies, candles, sewing items, LOTS of books (many in Korean language) and more!  Garage has misc. holiday items, small hand tools, dvd's, cd's, several storage shelves.  Patio has two bbq's, misc. planters and more!
