All Sales are Final, No Returns. All items sold as is and with no guarantees or warranties. Cash/ credit-debit cards for purchases over $50.00 only. Sorry, no checks will be accepted. Please bring your own bags/boxes to pack your items. No large purses will be allowed in the home - we have shopping baskets for your convenience. Please bring help to load large items. Grasons Co Estate Specialists and the home owner are not responsible for accidents in or around the home. We charge sales tax. All items must be removed at the close of sale. Sign in sheet will be posted one hour before start of sale on first day only.
