Out of the Georgian or Victorian Period comes an amazing oil on canvas portrait of George Washington, presented on era appropriate wood frame and canvas, and mounted using 19^th century methods. There seems to be no signature, but the school of Gilbert Stuart can very well be in play. Worthy of a museum, this is a piece you have to see up close to appreciate. Once there, you will be pleased by the many fine items for sale: lots of fabulous furniture, such as the monumental King size rice bed with matching nightstand and TV armoire, beautiful Louis XV and Toscano armchairs and sofa, a cozy and elegant leather sofa and loveseat set, beautiful end and console tables, and a stylish Ethan Allen dining set. Lots of nice table and floor lamps, wall deco, charming prints and original art. Plenty of unique costume jewelry, ladies' clothing and shoes, and a kitchen filled with classic glassware, crystal, trays, pots and platters.
