Country / Shabby Chic Murrieta Estate Sale - 11/10, 11/11, 11/12

We are back in Murrieta for this 3 bedroom whole house estate sale.  This house has several styles of decor, including country chic, Americana and Shabby chic.  There are lots of decor items to complete each look!  The furniture is all in excellent condition. I am willing to pre-sell any large furniture or appliance items, so contact me if you are interested in large items only. 

Here is a brief breakdown of each room, but still does not include everything!

Den:

Lots of country chic décor with lots of small items.  Furniture includes Green Sofa, end tables, decorative sofa table, (2) arm chairs, lamps, vintage milk cans and jugs, tv stand, record albums, cd’s (33 & 45’s including several Elvis), dvd’s, lots of picture frames including vintage frames, vintage photos and vintage photo albums, lots of decorative items, artwork, knick-knacks, roosters, cows, pigs and more!

Kitchen:

Side by Side GE Refrigerator with in-door working icemaker and water dispenser.  Vintage Oak table, 4 carved oak vintage chairs, 80+ pieces of Fiestaware including Fiestaware flatware, Large Noritake China set, Large Silver Trim Harmony House China Set, lots of misc. kitchen items, small appliances, etc.

Living Room:

Beige Sofa, Vintage China Cabinet with rounded glass door, vintage drop leaf table, vintage bottles, (16) vintage decorative decanters, dozens of miniature tea sets, full size tea sets, Nippon, Fenton, Lenox vases and décor items, artwork and more!

Americana Room:

This room is packed with super cute Americana décor from the cute painted desk and cabinet to the cute Americana quilt set on the daybed with trundle.  Framed Gettysburg Address, John Kennedy Wall Hanging, pillows, flags, civil war décor, carved nesting tables, Crosley Record Player/Stereo, Entry table, lamps, super cute items in here!

Guest Room:

Full Size headboard/footboard bed, full size mattress/boxspring set, several quilts, quilt rack, vintage dresser, vintage chair, end table, women’s clothing (1x-2x), lots of teddy bears, artwork and more!

Master Bedroom:

This room is full of shabby chic décor.  The furniture includes a full headboard/footboard bed, separate mattress and separate vintage coil box spring, several vintage wash basins with pitchers, wash basin stand, several end tables, lamps, lots of linens, quilts, huge stuffed cow collection, more women’s clothes (1X-2X), vintage rocker, lots of cute little shabby chic décor items and more!

Laundry Room:

GE Washer, Amana Gas Dryer, lots of sewing items, vintage buttons, fabric, yarn, dozen or so new cross stitch patterns, misc. office items and more!

Garage:

The garage is packed with holiday décor, vintage toys, including lots of vintage Little People, Playschool Barn, Ferris Wheel, games, LOTS of books, 5 large white storage cabinets, 2 huge boxes of Vintage Time Life Magazines in plastic Sleeves, a few tools, and more!

Patio:

The patio is loaded with lots of indoor and outdoor plants, faux plants and faux trees, wicker baskets, cute yard décor, patio set, patio chairs, cement bench, patio bench, and other misc. items.

There is definitely lots to look at here!  Parking is limited.  Do not block driveways so be prepared to walk a bit.
