Elegant Murrieta Estate Sale & Eclectic Art - 6/22, 6/23, 6/24

We are back in Murrieta this week for a super cute sale in the townhouse community on the corner of Whitewood & Clinton Keith.  House is PACKED with elegant Mission Style furniture, eclectic art, lots of collectibles, kitchenwares, women's clothing size L-3X and shoes size 9, Costume Jewelry, Some sterling. Garage is packed with great holiday decor, office supplies, tools, workout equipment and so much more!

SPECIAL NOTE:  Because this is a townhouse, the sale area is a bit narrow so we may have to limit how many people are inside at a time.  This is NOT walker or wheelchair accessible.  There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs and the living room, dining room, kitchen and garage are downstairs.

Parking may be a challenge on the first day.  There are about 10 available spaces when you turn in off Whitewood.  There are also additional parking spaces by the pool area.  Both areas are only a short walking distance to the unit and the path will be marked.  There are also marked off parking spaces throughout the complex that you can park in, if available.  The only limitation is you CANNOT park in front of any garage doors.
