Thank you for shopping with Wellington Estate Sales! We want everyone to enjoy a safe, pleasant, and successful estate sale experience. Please take a moment to review our terms before purchasing.

All Sales Are Final
All purchases are final. No refunds, exchanges, returns, or price adjustments will be offered after an item has been purchased. Buyers must inspect items thoroughly before checking out.

Sold As-Is, Where-Is
All items are sold as vintage, used, and pre-owned. We provide no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, regarding authenticity, condition, or functionality. Descriptions, measurements, ages, and other details are provided in good faith, but we encourage buyers to inspect items and ask questions before purchasing.

Pricing
Prices are determined by Wellington Estate Sales and may be adjusted during the sale at our discretion. We do not negotiate or hold items unless specifically authorized by our staff.

Authenticity & Condition
Wellington Estate Sales makes every effort to accurately describe merchandise. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, we do not guarantee the authenticity, provenance, age, condition, value, or functionality of any item. Buyers are encouraged to examine items carefully and make their own independent purchasing decisions.

Payment
Payment must be made in full before merchandise leaves the property. We accept cash, Zelle, and all major credit cards.

Furniture & Large Items
Buyers are solely responsible for moving, lifting, and transporting large items. Please bring your own tools, moving materials, and labor. Items may not be removed from the property until they have been paid for in full.

Pickup Deadlines
All items must be removed by the final hour of the scheduled sale window. Unclaimed items will be forfeited without a refund.

Buyer Responsibility
Buyers assume full responsibility for their purchases once payment is complete. Wellington Estate Sales is not liable for damage that occurs during the loading, transportation, or removal of merchandise. Please exercise caution when moving through the property. Buyers agree to be financially responsible for any damage they cause to the home, its furnishings, or the items for sale.

Safety & Restricted Areas
For everyone’s safety, please do not enter areas marked “Do Not Enter” or designated as restricted. Children must remain with and be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times; any damage caused by children is the financial responsibility of that adult. Wellington Estate Sales reserves the right to manage crowd flow and refuse entry or service to anyone acting disruptively.

Personal Belongings
Please keep track of your personal belongings. Wellington Estate Sales is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

Changes to Sale Information
Sale dates, times, item availability, pricing, and other details may change when necessary. Please check our most current listing information online before attending.

Respect for the Property
Please treat the home, property, merchandise, and other shoppers with care and respect.
● No food or drinks are allowed inside the premises.
● No pets are allowed inside the premises.
● No smoking is allowed inside the premises.
● Public street parking only. Please be respectful of neighbors and do not block driveways.

Injury Liability Waiver
Wellington Estate Sales and the homeowner are not responsible for any accidents, slips, falls, or injuries on the premises. The property may contain uneven surfaces, stairs, narrow walkways, or other potential hazards.

By entering the sale premises or purchasing an item at a Wellington Estate Sales event, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
