We accept cash and checks from known customers, credit cards for purchases over $200.00 with customer paying cc fees. Please bring help for loading large items, we do not have staff for that. All items sold "as is", no refunds or exchanges. We nor our clients will be held responsible for injuries or accidents, enter at your own risk. Please do not call or email for prices, there is just no time for that and we always make it fair for everyone and so do not do pre-sales. Please respect the neighbors and don't block or park in driveways. Please do not disturb occupants.
Children must remain with parents at all times. This home has multiple levels so please be prepared.
