All sales are final and everything will be sold 'As Is'. Please be mindful if you must bring your children as there will be many breakables.
There will be NO large purses allowed in this sale. Boxes and baskets are ok. Shoplifters will be prosecuted. The house has been fully equipped with a recording security camera system and a monitored security alarm.
**We do NOT use lists. People will be let in order as they are in line, first come first served. You must be present and cannot hold your place in line with a box or other object. Please be kind to fellow shoppers and we will be able to move through the line quickly.
Please note, we try to provide and monitor as best as we can a “Holding Area” at each of our sales. However we are not responsible if another shopper manages to purchase an item that was on hold. If you are at all concerned about this happening we encourage you to purchase your items, carry them to your car and then continue shopping. Thank you ***

This beautiful estate is located in the Placerita Canyon area in Santa Clarita. This sale has a great selection of nice quality furniture, gorgeous white iron patio furniture, home decor, and a great record collection!
-Furniture... We have great furniture at this estate sale! There’s a glass covered rooster accented dining table with chairs, nice rooster area rugs, a beautiful vintage tea cart, two queen sized beds with nightstands, one king sized bed, nice comforter sets, quality sofas with matching love seats, two black music cabinets, comfortable armchairs, dressers, side tables, a media cabinet. There’s a nice iron candle chandelier and office furniture. All furniture has been kept in excellent condition!
-Garden/Patio... white wrought iron patio furniture including; two lounge chairs, two swivel rocking chairs with ottomans, two arm chairs with side tables, a covered porch swing, and a patio table with four chairs. You will also find a patio umbrella with stand, garden benches, a large bird bath, a large outdoor rug, many nice potted plants, solid garden statues, and outdoor iron wall art.
-Holiday Decorations... quality outdoor and indoor Christmas, Halloween, and Easter decorations
-Artwork.... There is a nice selection of artwork and other home decor. June Borg lithos, Val Miller prints, a metal candle sconce, metal artwork, nice tapestries and prints, and much more.
-Music...Great Record Collection!!! All records have been kept in excellent condition. There are great records here! From swing and jazz to classic rock to classical! We also have a nice child’s size drum set, sheet music and CDs.
