You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury.
No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats.
All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase.
There are NO RETURNS-no exceptions.
Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only.
We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale. If you buy heavy items, bring your own muscle.
Sales tax of 7.75%% charged on all purchases (Orange Co) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the BOE.
No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone.

Here is our plan...
We will open at 9 am and sell until 12 noon. We will close for 30 minutes from 12 to 12:30 and when we reopen at 12:30 EVERYTHING will be half price until 2 pm when we close! Sound like fun? I thought so....
My recommendation....shop early for the best selection, (everything is already well priced) and then again at 12:30 for the best buys....EVERYTHING MUST GO! ONE DAY ONLY!!!
