You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury.
No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats.
All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase.
There are NO RETURNS-no exceptions.
Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only.
We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale. If you buy heavy items, bring your own muscle.
Sales tax of 7.75%% charged on all purchases (Carlsbad) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the BOE.
No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone.

Lovely French and English antiques (small and large pieces,) silver, silver plate, loads of crystal and stemware of all kinds, china, Asian, Chinese, linens, many books (coffee table, art books and antique books,) art, paintings, prints, engravings, lamps, lighting, copper, brass, kitchen, women's clothing, shoes, purses, accessories, Outdoor teak furniture, a full kitchen.
We are also offering for sale the most magnificent 19th C Baccarat chandelier I have ever seen...bronze doré incredible Baccarat prisms and details throughout....a must see!
We have not finished preparing yet, but wanted to send an email out because our timing is so short...have not taken pictures yet, will do our best to take some tomorrow and post to estatesales.net.
Any large pieces of furniture will have to be moved by a professional mover...We use Ortega's delivery service. The cost of moving should be considered when making a large furniture purchase.
