You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury.
No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats.
All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase.
There are NO RETURNS-NO EXCEPTIONS
Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We also accept Zelle from regular customers.
We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale.
Any items larger than what you can carry in your hand will require the services of a professional move. We can arrange pick up and delivery of your large item through Ortega's Delivery Service who you will pay directly for the delivery of your item.
Sales tax of 7.75%% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the California Tax and Fee Administration (formerly the California Board of Equalization.)
No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone.

Includes painted furniture, unique mirrored tables, antique porcelain, charming vintage china, unusual lamps and lighting as well as lots of special decorative treasures.
The waterfront location is magical....from the moment you enter, you are in another place, far from the cares of the modern world with the bay lapping at your feet. This world traveling family brought back momentos from the far ends of the Earth and filled this happy home with unique vintage treasures that are figural, sculptural, colorful and textural beauties. They now need to find new homes..that is where you come in!

Old world Europe is everywhere...painted French chairs, country French chair and ottoman, painted chests and stands, a distressed entry mirror, an Anglo Indian entry credenza, a Spanish revival entry bench, an antique baker's rack as well as copper, brass, china, porcelain, cut glass, crystal, barware... brass and copper everywhere....A bay front garden with potted plants and cast metal furniture as well as a variety of strap furniture (lounges, chairs, etc.) Not to be forgotten is a painted green antique outdoor park bench...We also have an assortment of art, paintings, and vintage prints, old movie posters and movie star head shots that are sure to please!
Other furniture includes a pine hutch, primitive cabinet, antique paw foot secretary/dresser, as well as an assortment of linens and hats for the outdoor life.
And all this while you enjoy the bay in all of its splendor. Each morning when we arrive to work and prep, geese and their goslings fly over us as if announcing the day. We love this sale and know you will too...
