You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury.

No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats.

All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase.

There are NO RETURNS-NO EXCEPTIONS

Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We also accept Zelle from regular customers.

We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale.

Any items larger than what you can carry in your hand will require the services of a professional move. We can arrange pick up and delivery of your large item through Ortega's Delivery Service who you will pay directly for the delivery of your item.

Sales tax of 7.75%% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the California Tax and Fee Administration (formerly the California Board of Equalization.)

No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone.

Please do not email or call asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale's opening.

The Orange County Sherriff's Department has been notified of this sale and will be monitoring our event for additional security. In addition, we will have a plain clothes armed police officer as security.
