You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury.
No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats.
All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase.
There are NO RETURNS-NO EXCEPTIONS
Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We also accept Zelle from regular customers.
We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale.
Any items larger than what you can carry in your hand will require the services of a professional move. We can arrange pick up and delivery of your large item through Leo's Delivery Service who you will pay directly for the delivery of your item.
Sales tax of 7.75%% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the California Tax and Fee Administration (formerly the California Board of Equalization.)
No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone.
Please do not email or call asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale's opening.

Estate Sale in Newport Beach this week...
Saturday, July 27 from 9 am to 12 noon
Sunday, July 28 from 10 am to 12 noon.
We have just begun to organize this lovely very full Dover Shores home....Generations of history, art and decorative arts...a big yachting family...
As is the case with many of the homes in Old Newport, the house looks somewhat like an estate from Pasadena...with loads of books (when people actually read,) sets of fine china, silver and stemware (when people actually entertained) and loads of travel collectibles including dolls, Asian (Japanese and Chinese,) antiques, beautifully upholstered traditional furniture, a large antique piano with spectacular carving, so much blue and white, vintage hand made lace and fine linens, cups and saucers, dolls, pewter, trophies, kitchen and so much more...plus some garage and garden items....
Easy to attend and plenty of parking on this spacious Dover Shores Street.
If you have not attended our sales in the past and would like to, please provide your full name, email address and telephone number. It is our way of registering everyone so that we know who you are and to ensure everyone's safety and security.
Please do not wast your time or ours by texting or emailing letting me know you want to attend without providing those three details about your identity. It wastes time. We accept cash, zelle, and checks from regular pre approve clients who shop with us frequently. We create a fun, safe, pleasant environment in which to shop for your estate treasures and welcome everyone who can follow our simple rules.
We sell significant jewelry and silver, but for security reasons do not market it on this platform or in the estate sale setting. If you are a buyer of significant jewelry or silver, please speak with me so I can consider you when we broker the next large collections. We just brokered a spectacular 10 ct Kashmir sapphire ring (not heat treated or enhanced) set in platinum and surrounded by diamonds....breathtaking!
We just started today, so I will add more tomorrow as we uncover more...
