You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury.
No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats.
All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase.
There are NO RETURNS-NO EXCEPTIONS
Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We also accept Zelle from regular customers.
We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale.
Any items larger than what you can carry in your hand will require the services of a professional move. We can arrange pick up and delivery of your large item through Leo's Delivery Service who you will pay directly for the delivery of your item.
Sales tax of 7.75%% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the California Tax and Fee Administration (formerly the California Board of Equalization.)
No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone.
Please do not email or call asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale's opening.

Why get on a plane, fly 11 hours, deal with EES entry and exit systems just to go to France and shop the antique shops and flea markets?
Late September we will be ready to have you shop this gorgeous sale. This estate is sure to please..a lifetime collection of treasures, including French, Asian, Chinese, Japanese, art, fine art, porcelain, china, exquisite hand made linens, and everything else. A large Dover Shores home with a spectacular view of the bay, loads of collections and treasures for your perusal and a terrific experience seeing items you would rarely see.
We will start organizing and preparing mid September to ideally be ready later in the month.
As always, we are by appointment only which means:

2) Please do not text or call asking about the sale or requesting an appointment. We do not organize that way.
3) Please email after (not before) September 21 as we will have a better idea of our schedule at that time.
