You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury.
No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats.
All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase.
There are NO RETURNS-NO EXCEPTIONS
Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We also accept Zelle from regular customers.
We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale.
Any items larger than what you can carry in your hand will require the services of a professional move. We can arrange pick up and delivery of your large item through Ortega's Delivery Service who you will pay directly for the delivery of your item.
Sales tax of 7.75%% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the California Tax and Fee Administration (formerly the California Board of Equalization.)
No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone.
Please do not email or call asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale's opening.

Long time Lido Isle resident...world travelers, Equipale chair and loveseat, tile top dining table and wrought iron chairs, small tile top/mosaic iron tables, pottery, Native American pottery (mostly 70's-80's,) other pottery, accessories, wrought iron side tables, painted wrought iron chandelier, miniature bronze figures, large copper serving pieces and plant stands, MCM triangular shaped painting, ship model in lucite display case, Japanese dolls in lucite display cases, bamboo MCM side chairs, Brown Jordan patio furniture, loads of pots and plants, including pebble stone planters of all sizes...Eclectic and filled with small trinkets and treasures. Linens, some clothing, some vintage Reyn Spooner shirts, stainless steel flatware, loads of kitchen, etc.
A very fun sale...priced to move and something for everyone. Also a few large machine shop tools in garage, grinder, table saw, other tools including wrenches, etc.
