NOTICE! BREITLING AIR SHOW IS GOING ON IN HB ON THE SAME WEEKEND. AVOID TRAVELING ON PCH THROUGH HB. TRAFFIC WILL BE JAMMED! Use alternate routes to Newport.
1. By entering this property you acknowledge there are uneven surfaces, sharp items, heavy items, unstable items, narrow walkways, etc. You are fully responsible for your own safety.
2. NUMBERS WILL BE GIVEN OUT AT ROUGHLY BETWEEN 6:30 AND 7 AM ON OCTOBER 20.
3. ENTER ON NEWPORT BLVD AND EXIT THROUGH ALLEY ONLY. Re-entry is allowed if you have your original ticket. No tickee, no re-entry
4. NO PRICE NEGOTIATION ON DAY ONE.
5. NO OPAQUE BAGS. BOXES ARE OKAY. BRING YOUR OWN.
6. NO EARLY BIRDS! DOOR OPENS AT 8 AM. Unruly behavior will result in police intervention.
7. Receipts will be checked on exit.
8. Cash only! We will NOT hold any purchase while you "go to the bank" to get your money.
9. No holds without 20% non-refundable deposit. Deposit holds are allowed for one hour only.
10. Resale permits will be required to be tax free, otherwise expect to pay 8% sales tax.
