You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury.
No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats.
All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase.
There are NO RETURNS-no exceptions.
Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only.
We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale. If you buy heavy items, bring your own muscle.
Sales tax of 7.75%% charged on all purchases (Orange Co) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the BOE.
No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone.

I knew this lovely, elegant lady personally. She was a long time customer and friend. I am honored to be able to help her family find homes for her beautiful treasures.
Beautiful antiques, antique furniture, art, paintings, china, crystal, silver, objets, lamps, lighting, clothing, MORE. Cupboards are full as is the garage. Some highlights include a gorgeous 19th C original oil by W Meyerheim, a Japanese Imari Charger, some pieces of antique Chinese porcelain, a walnut spinet desk, a 19th C engraving, and a camphor lined antique campaign trunk, among other treasures.
Balboa Island parking is tight...perhaps give yourself a little extra time to find parking. You won't want to be late!
THIS IS A ONE DAY SALE!
OUR PLAN IS THE FOLLOWING:
We will open at 9 and sell until 12 noon. (Sign up sheet will be put out at 8 am and no prior list will be honored.)
Then, at 12 noon we will break for 30 minutes, re open at 12:30 and sell at discounted prices until 2 pm. (Most items will be half price at 12:30 or deeply discounted.)
Since the Island is a great place to visit anyway, my recommendation would be to come see us in the beginning for the best selection and then again at 12:30 for discounted items.
