Cash and Venmo only. Bring help for moving large items into your vehicles. Parking is available on the street, but make sure to not block any driveways. We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents. Only 4 parties allowed in house at a time. We reserve the right to refuse sales on items, and remove guests. Please be cordial and patient with us when outside and inside the premises.

We will be selling all furniture and other items indicated in the house. There are an assortment of beds, couches, tables, chairs, and other items. There will be a set price of each item, and we can discuss bundles as the sale moves along. Any item that is sold will be marked and will not be open to negotiation.
