We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale.
Any items larger than what you can carry in your hand will require the services of a professional move. We can arrange pick up and delivery of your large item through Leo's Delivery Service who you will pay directly for the delivery of your item.
Sales tax of 7.75%% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the California Tax and Fee Administration (formerly the California Board of Equalization.)
No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone.

Lido Isle
As an introduction to our sale on the the Lido Isle bayfront, I decided to post a picture of the view as we were organizing yesterday.....the view looks like a painting!
Two sales already booked for January 2025 !
We are delighted to present this beautiful Estate on lovely Lido Isle...As many of you remember, we just conducted a sale last month for another family on Lido filled with treasures and were incredibly successful.
We expect this sale to be no different...our clients parents were residents for over 60 years, travelled the world, had great taste and as such, the sale is very interesting. Dozens of paintings, some 19th c up to the 60's, many genres...some listed artists too! Additionally, there are antiques of all shapes and sizes, china, crystal, Asian (Chinese and Japanese items,) clothing and of course the usual fun older house contents...treasures await you in every room.
Please email me the week of the sale for an appointment. We cannot keep track of emails sent weeks in advance and appreciate your understanding.
We also have North Tustin Estate (off Santa Clara/Yorba) which is a lifelong collection of garden, garden art, fine art, cups/saucers, blue and white, rugs, chinoiserie and a wide array of lamps and lighting....also not to be missed.

First, what a view...on the water on Lido Soud, our location offers an unforgettable view of the channel from your private white sand beach.....does it get any better than this?
Our Lido sale this week is fun and full of interesting objects and art from a life well-lived on Lido Isle.
Many unique items, reasonable prices....all must be sold as the house is sold and closing soon.
A fair amount of art....Water colors, oils, seascapes, some 19th C oils, Asian, Japanese woodblocks, posters, prints, lithographs, plaques, more....hundreds of books, leather bound, coffee table, cooking, history, and general interest...many nice hard back books. Lots of fun unusual smalls, figurines, collection of porcelain soldiers (Germany,)
China, glass, stemware, loads of kitchen too. Furniture includes antiques, a beautiful arched double bookcase, settees, side chairs, side tables, nesting tables, campaign furniture, chests, dressers, night stands, mirrors, a very ornate gold gilt large c 1900 fancy entry mirror, dining table and chairs, ottomans, needlepoint pillows, many decorative pillows... men's clothing, vintage clothing, DVDS, and loads of useful general supplies...
Finally, a Steinway baby grand piano....probably needs tuning! Sheet music included!
