Our client was a prominent Newport Beach developer, travelled the world, resided on Linda Isle for over 40 years, and kept many of his treasures stored in a nearby warehouse... He loved London and everything
English! He even purchased a bank in London,  and a pub in Ireland....had both dismantled, and shipped back many of their contents (doors, windows, cabinets, etc)  here now for sale at the estate sale. There are also armoires, breakfronts, many chairs (some from ships), iron beds, antique oak bureaus, tables, woolies,  bars, ship models, so much furniture....ARCHITECTURAL ITEMS, ARCHITECTURAL ANTIQUES in over 70 antique doors interior/exterior, leaded glass, stained glass, etched glass cigar cabinets, church pews, antique doll house, a huge ten foot long harvest table, recently reupholstered sofas, dining table/chairs, teddy bears, some paper and documents, many books, some architectural books, chairs, antique oak show cases, clothing including men's large size sport coats,  a vintage 1932 ROLLS ROYCE  and so much more...!  A great sale for decorators and dealers, many interesting and unusual  items including  antique decorative accessories as well..Sale will take place in the warehouse...

Built in 1931 and classified as Series GFT. Eighty-one of its kind were produced between 1929 and 1936.

This car was fully restored in 1969 by the original owner, Martin Bromley, Esq. in London- 100 points

Arrived in Oakland, California 3-21-76

As of 1978 there were only 5 of these GFT series cars registered in the US.

Listed in the publication Coachwork on Rolls-Royce 1906-1939.

Published by Walton Watson and written by Lawrence Dalton (Chapter 16, pages 279 & 299).
