Our assessments are based on a visual inspection only. Unless specifically noted, items have not been examined under UV light. Timepiece movements, lighting, electrical, and mechanical components have not been tested, and artworks are typically not examined outside of their frames, unless otherwise stated. While we strive to provide accurate information, Awinr Auctions is not a professional conservator or restorer; therefore, this report should not be interpreted as a comprehensive description of condition.

YOU ARE ENTERING INTO A BINDING CONTRACT. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR BID CANCELLATIONS. THE REGISTERED BIDDER IS PERSONALLY RESPONSIBLE, LEGALLY AND FINANCIALLY FOR ALL AUCTION ITEMS BID UPON WHETHER REPRESENTING ONE'S SELF OR ACTING AS AN AGENT. AN ONLINE BID ACCEPTED AT PUBLIC AUCTION IS A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT TO PURCHASE. ANY BIDDER WHO FAILS TO FOLLOW THROUGH WITH A PURCHASE WILL BE BANNED FROM BIDDING AT ALL FUTURE SELLER AUCTION EVENTS AND MAY BE PURSUED FOR CIVIL AND/OR CRIMINAL VIOLATIONS.
(1) Acceptance; Binding Contract Awinr LLC ("Awinr LLC," "we," "us") conducts online auctions including timed auctions through LiveAuctioneers and other permitted bidding channels. By registering, bidding, or purchasing, you ("Bidder/Buyer") agree to these Terms and any applicable LiveAuctioneers/platform terms. Placing A BID IS A BINDING OFFER; if you win, you are obligated to pay all amounts due. (2) As-Is Sale; Descriptions; Condition All lots are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with all faults. Neither Awinr LLC nor any consignor makes warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding description, genuineness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source/origin, condition, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. All catalog statements (including any COA references) are opinions offered in good faith and are not guarantees. Photographs form part of the description; color and condition may appear different depending on lighting/monitor settings. Buyers are responsible for reviewing all images and requesting additional information before bidding. Condition reports, if provided, are a courtesy and not a guarantee. Normal wear consistent with age/use should be expected. Look before you bid! No warranties or refunds! Carefully read the description as some items are sold times the money. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO READ AND COMPREHEND WHAT YOU ARE BIDDING ON! (3) Winning Bids; Payment; Non-Payment A winning bid is a binding obligation to pay the full invoice amount (hammer price plus buyer's premium, taxes where applicable, shipping/handling if selected, and any platform fees). (4) Auctioneer Discretion; Errors; Disputes Awinr Auction reserves the right to: withdraw lots; correct catalog errors and clerical mistakes; refuse, revoke, cancel, reject or rescind any registration or bid; reopen bidding; determine bid increments; resolve disputes; and re-offer a lot if necessary. In the event of any dispute, Awinr Auction and/or the platform's sale record shall be conclusive. Awinr Auction is not responsible for internet latency, data lag, platform outages, or missed bids due to technical issues. (5) PAYMENT POLICY Accepted payment methods: LiveAuctioneers Payments, major credit cards. (6)Buyer's Premium; Taxes; Platform Fees Buyer's premium and any platform fees are as stated on the LiveAuctioneers listing and are part of the purchase price. Sales tax is applied as required by law and/or collected by the platform based on the ship-to address and applicable exemptions.
SHIPPING POLICY & TERMS:
Buyer pays for all shipping cost indicated in the auction, as well as any applicable taxes, duties or fees for items originating from outside of the buyer's home country. Awinr Auctions uses 3rd-party shippers, UPS and AIM Mail Center. In addition, Winning bidders have the option to use LiveShip. If you DO NOT want LiveShip, BUYS NEED TO OPT-OUT. Local pickup is not available as we don't keep inventory at our offices due to security concerns. All order fulfillment takes place at a different location.

After you have paid for your winning item/s through the LiveAuctioneer platform, you can call or email to arrange shipping of your item/s yourself. Please allow 5 business days after payment is received for your purchased winning item (s) to be at the Shipping location. They will contact you directly to provide a quote for your shipping fee. Purchases may only be shipped to the address associated with your account. Photo ID may be required before shipping. Shipping is the buyer's responsibility. The buyer must pay all packing, shipping, handling, and insurance costs.
Lot(s)s will not ship until all charges are paid. A Lot(s) with unpaid shipping charges shall be considered as unpaid. Unpaid or unclaimed Lot(s) after 15 business days may be forfeited at Awinr Auctions’ discretion and will be concerned ABANDONED WITHOUT REFUND.
Buyer pays for all shipping cost of auctioned merchandise. If you do not want LiveShip, buyers need to opt-out and choose another shipping option before paying your winning items' invoice. Shipping Timeframe: Most orders ship within 1-3 weeks after payment. Specialty items may take 3-8 weeks or longer. Shipping timelines are estimates only. Delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or chargebacks. Expedited shipping may be available upon special request at the Buyer's expense.
Unauthorized Returns: Returns not pre-approved by Awinr Auctions are considered unauthorized, including those due to incorrect addresses, refused deliveries, or unclaimed shipments. Buyers are responsible for reshipping, handling, and storage fees. Failure to pay any outstanding shipping charges or invoice balances will result in an Unauthorized Return. Unauthorized returns unclaimed after 15 business days are forfeited.
If using LiveShip, LiveAuctioneer may add shipping charges to your invoice. If you do not want to use LiveShip, Winning Bidders NEED TO OPT-OUT of LiveShip and choose another shipping option or self-arrange.

PAYMENT:
Awinr Auctions uses Autopay by LiveAuctioneers. If you place a winning bid, your card will be charged shortly after the conclusion of the auction. For payment, cards on file will be automatically charged shortly after the conclusion of the auction.
Tax will be charged to invoices where applicable. If you are tax-exempt, you must upload your CURRENT tax-exempt number to your bidder profile prior to placing bids. CREDIT CARD OR ACH ARE THE ONLY PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED. All payments are processed through Live Auctioneers. A 3% processing fee is added to each invoice. Please review the buyer’s premium and processing fee in the terms and conditions section. Payments are due upon receipt of invoice through Live Auctioneers. All credit cards on file with LiveAuctioneers will be processed after invoices are sent. If you do not have a card on file with Live Auctioneers, ALL ONLINE INVOICES MUST BY PAID THROUGH LIVE AUCTIONEERS by clicking the "Check Out" or "Pay Now" button on your invoice which you will receive through email within 48 hours after the end of the auction.
After the auction closes, all winning bidders will receive an invoice for their winning merchandise plus buyer’s premium and any applicable taxes. Your credit card used upon registration will be automatically charged following the auction for your total bid price plus buyer's premium and any applicable taxes.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All property is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Credit cards will be charged immediately at the close of the auction. Your credit card used upon registration will be automatically charged following the auction for your total bid price plus buyer's premium and any applicable taxes.
Buyers waive any and all rights to initiate a credit card chargeback against the transaction and/or the seller.
If payments for purchases are not collectible, a non-paying customer report will be filed with LiveAuctioneer the day after the scheduled pickup. After several attempts by the Awinr Auctions and LiveAuctioneer to request payment to settle the account, and no payment is made, a Customer Dispute will be filed on LiveAuctioneer. If a bidder receives two or more disputes on their account, they will be suspended and lose their ability to participate in any online live auctions through LiveAuctioneers.com
Awinr Auctions reserves the right to continue to block you from their auctions only after settlement has been made at their discretion.
