Buyers need to sign up for a pick up appointment time as instructed on their invoice, and pick up must be completed within the designated pickup time frame.
We will not facilitate pickup BEFORE the start time. You need to arrive on time and remove all your item(s) within your appointment time. We may assess a charge to any buyer that requires our staff to stay longer than the scheduled time.
If you are unable to pick up at the agreed to terms, you must send a representative to pick up for you or forfeit your items.
If you are unable to pick up, or send a representative to pick up for you, you MUST email SacAuctioneer@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt of invoice/pick up instructions to discuss alternative options.
Buyers who fail to pick up their items during the appointment window of the specific auction may be subject to additional service fees for relocation and storage. Items are considered abandoned if alternative arraignments are not made, including the request to ship items within 5 days of close of auction. Ownership of those items will return to the seller and the buyer will forfeit any and all rights to items deemed abandoned.
