You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury.
No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats.
All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase.
There are NO RETURNS-no exceptions.
Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only.
We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale. If you buy heavy items, bring your own muscle.
Sales tax of 7.75%% charged on all purchases (Orange Co) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the BOE.
No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone.

We will open at 9 and sell until 11:30.
We will briefly close from 11:30 to 12 noon
We will reopen at 12 noon with the following discounts..
All household goods will be 50% off!
Chanel and vintage purses will be discounted 20%!
Jewelry will be discounted 30%!
Lalique and Baccarat will not be discounted.
My recommendation?....Come early for the best selection and then come again at 12 noon for bargains that will make you smile...
