Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We also accept Zelle from regular customers.
We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale.
Any items larger than what you can carry in your hand will require the services of a professional move. We can arrange pick up and delivery of your large item through Leo's Delivery Service who you will pay directly for the delivery of your item.
Sales tax of 7.75%% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the California Tax and Fee Administration (formerly the California Board of Equalization.)
No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone.

This sprawling Lemon Heights house is filled...literally filled with vintage treasures.
Full of collections...Nice antiques, needlepoints, quilts, art glass, a significant collection of dozens of perfume bottles from Deco to art glass to Steuben to DeVilbiss, a significant collection (hundreds) of vintage costume jewelry...the dining table is completely filled....beads, amber, bakelite, pearls, some silver, much more.
Antique hutches, display cabinets, curio cabinets ( many shapes and sizes perfect for collectors and dealers) tiger oak dining tables with paw feet, carved chairs, pairs of highly carved chairs, side tables, upholstered chairs and sectional, needlepoint wall hangings and needlepoint covered furniture...High boys, carved headboard and footboardPiano, player piano, organ, sheet music, lamps, lighting, kitchen, blue and white, many sets of stems in all shapes sizes and eras, kitchen glass, nice collection of unique silver-plate flatware and serving pieces. Depression glass, Lladros, Royal Doulton’s, Florence Ceramics and other figurines, more as we uncover.

Our Tustin sale is full of everything and actually looks like a Pasadena antique shop! Please note: we require you to use our suggested mover if you purchase large items including furniture and tools..
Parking and Moving Large Pieces
This sale is located on a large cul de sac with a few houses...Since we do not want to disturb neighbors or block driveways, etc., it may be necessary to park outside of the cul de sac and walk in to the sale. If you buy a lot, you are of course welcome to pull your car closer once you have paid and need to pick up your bags, boxes or small furniture. Large furniture and tools will have to be moved by a mover at your expense. I will put you in touch with our preferred mover if necessary.
