Description & Details

GORGEOUS, huge, home in North Tustin combining the homes of multiple family members(It's complicated!)

Clothes! Decor, Art Jewelry, Game Room/Man Cave, Jukebox, Pinball Machine, Pool Table, Christmas, Asian, Pottery Wine Country and COUTURE CLOTHING and SHOES!!!! I do NOT mean a few pieces! TONS! All manor of interesting household and collectibles!

We'll start with furniture, as always. Ethan Allen wood table with 8 chairs and leaves and table covers. A Rattan Bistro set and a glass and iron breakfast table with 4 chairs. SUPER FUN, 50's style, High-top table with 3 stools. Several different light fixture styles around the house, including a hanging Tiffany-style Craftsman fixture, a Tiffany-style table lamp and 2 additional high-quality stained glass shades. Several vintage-modern table lamps-some fun, some decorative but all practical. Dark wood and bedroom furniture with Poster/Canopy bed frame and 2 nightstands. Marble top side or hall table, marble top coffee table, white formal sofa and loveseat. Living room sofa table. AMAZING 19th Century Sea Trunk and a round, French parlor table. Computer desk, office cabinet and misc office furniture. A FABULOUS and elegant Grandfather clock! Free-standing trundle bed. Several side tables and more stuff I have forgotten!

The living room and Dining room. This home had a large focus on entertainment, games and music. In the living room is a fabulous Knabe, Louis XV Baby Grand Piano with a bench and several musical instruments and music related items. Including a guitar, trombone and cello. A pottery collection including Native American, Roseville Arts & Crafts antique Asian and various. Some very old American Western and Native American pieces. Including some lovely Navajo blankets. Better, nicer Asian antiques and loads of decor. A gorgeous set of Art Deco style china and stacks of matching dinner plates for entertaining and large parties. Serving pieces, including, China, stoneware, plastic and metals. Vintage and modern. A very unusual Tiered piece of wood furniture. Christmas party pieces and more.

Kitchen is full of the usual suspects. There is every day glassware and stemware, a couple of partial sets of dinnerware and a set of grape-themed dinnerware. When I mentioned Wine Country, here's where you'll see it! A bunch of decorative, grape and wine-themed stuff in a Tuscany style kitchen and breakfast area. Cookware and appliances and gadgets to make things easier. Bakeware, pots and pans and more. So much stuff!

The art is a mix. Both paintings and prints. Lot's of Forrest animals, fishing, games, sea-life and more. An original Theo Bijkerk

There is a huge selection of books!! Books both fiction and non-fiction. This is one of the best book collections I've seen because it's the second half from a previous client(Haha! Again, It's complicated!)! There are cookbooks Western books, American West history books, signed books, First Editions and more! Standard variety books and a nice little collection of children's books. There are magazines, some Vinyl's, and loads of DVDs, Cds and VHS!.

Linens, holiday linen, household items, and, misc household related stuff. Lots of household and cleaning products.

If you like to shop and like beautiful designer clothes, you need to come! There are literally HUNDREDS of pieces of high-end, designer and Couture, ladies, clothes! Let me put it this way. I have already purchased 400 additional hangers and we're out again. I'll go out on a limb and guess at 800 clothing piecesShe LOVED Theory and Elle Tahari. Escada, Alice & Olivia, St John, Herve Leger, White House Black Market is a sampling So many we are still trying to figure out where to house them all! My gal who's a clothing aficionado is beyond stunned! Many still have the original tags so are unworn. Fabulous, shoes! Almost unused because she had so many! Tory Burch, Manolo Blahnik-a few I remember! HHHmmmm... Where are all the purses? I don't know but there are a few. Sizes are mostly 4-6 in these designer clothes and the more standard wardrobe pieces are Medium to large.

A selection of vintage games and puzzles-quite a few, actually because they have a huge game room! It includes a working, "Antique Apparatis Rock-ola" jukebox, a NICE Brunswick Ventura Pool Table, and Vintage Bally "Eight Ball" pinball machine.(I am reserving the right to attempt to sell these bigger, more niche items ahead of and/or outside of the estate sale days) A old school quarter slot machine (best guess late 40s-early 50s) and a vintage poker table with a removeable top. A small collection of Coca-Cola items that go with the high-top table a few taxidermy pieces and fishing and hunting related decor. Vintage electronics. Lots of these in the house and garage. A nice selection of games and puzzles

YES, there is jewelry-quite a bit! Costume jewelry, sterling and some better, finer pieces! I have been through part of it and the largest portion is going in my famous $3- crate. The rest is fine to fun. Pieces both vintage and modern. Still working at these but again, GREAT costume and fine pieces gold and silver. I'm doing jewelry sorting this weekend instead of having a 4th of July party!. (No valuables kept on premises at any time.)

The office holds the selection of standard office items and also some cool Car Art

Then there is the garage. There is Christmas- both modern and vintage. Small amount of Halloween and Easter but tables and tables and boxes of Christmas! There are various types of misc party supplies and decor. We're trying to go through the garage but it's a challenge! A giant floor standing drill press. More electronics and sporting goods. There are tools and a tool chest and regular garage stuff. There is some fishing items, more electronics, a turkey fryer and so much more. We had so many stuffed animals that we had to house them in the garage. We haven’t yet gotten to everything yet but plan to be done by Friday.

Then there is the backyard. Pots, cute garden decor, vintage and other gardening tools. Cement animals and a 3-tier fountain. All the stuff we can't fit in the house had to go somewhere! LOADS of patio furniture, both sets and pieces. Various random items all over the back(again, it had to go somewhere!)Think massive yard and lots of parties!

Parking is a little trickier than in a regular tract home but there is plenty of street parking. The home is inside a gate but the gate is open and only 2 house length from where the sale is. Cash Only. Bring Help to Load large Items. Sign-up sheet will be available at 3:00pm Thursday. Be considerate of our neighbors and don't park in or in front of driveways!! We are not responsible for accidents! We will go half-price on Saturday. I still have not gone through every single thing but I believe there is some interesting things-something for most!!! Hope to see you there!

Sincerely, Jewel
