No checks or American Express. 9.50% California state tax applies to all purchases unless you hold & show a valid California resale certificate at time of purchase. Credit/debit 2.75% fee, will be processed through Square and will require an email address. No checks. All items are sold with no warranty and no exchanges or refunds are allowed. We reserve the right to limit the amount of people that are in the home at any given time. When attending the estate sale, please do not block the neighbors’ driveways and be respectful of the home and surrounding property. No large bags, backpacks, boxes or similar items will be allowed in the house. Please leave them in your vehicle. If you normally purchase a lot at estate sales, it is advisable to bring your own bags as packaging materials and bags are often limited. Unfortunately, we do not move furniture or other heavy items. Shoplifters will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Bring help to load large items. NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS.

This gorgeous house which just sold, has been decorated by an interior decorator with the highest quality of furnishings. With the owners moving to another state, most of the estate is up for sale!

If you are interested in high-end furniture such as John Richard, Restoration Hardware and more, then this is the place to come. Dining room set for six with two leaves, small display tables, splendid sunroom wicker furniture with tables and lamps are just few of the items for sale. A vintage Japanese tea set in fine conditions. The house and the backyard are full of large pots and plants bought from the best nurseries. All plants are natural but the ones in the sun room which are made of silk. Nice set of 6 patio lounges and table.

In storage, there is a large mahogany desk covered with black granite and measuring about 6' X 4'. In very good conditions with no cracks of the granite. Also, since the desk was used by an attorney, there are three chairs covered with gray upholstery.

Antique pieces such as antique lusters pair baccarat white opaline glass gold carvings, an oil paintings from 19^th century like James Hope whose work is on display at the Metropolitan Museum, Craig French signed statue and others, compliment this beautiful home. Couple of paintings were ordered by the owner to match the decor. Interior decorators are welcome to visit a week before the estate sale.
