* Please do not block driveways. Adhere to all posted signs so you do not get ticketed.

**Also, while on property you are on video and audio capable camera for the protection of the homeowner as well as yourselves. Anyone who does not wish to be on camera, please speak with the estate broker on site.

**Please be advised that Fishy Finds will be distributing free tickets or wristbands one hour prior to the start of sale to secure your place in line.

-You will need to bring your own help for moving big items. We do have someone on site that can assist in bringing some of the smaller items into the staging area while you shop. (Staging areas will be located next to check out). Note** All items need to be removed on the day of sale unless other arrangements are made with the Estate Broker.

**Children are welcome but must always be accompanied by an adult to be granted access to the home.

**If you need transport for any large item purchases, we can also assist you in arranging that. Please note, all items purchased must be removed from the location on the day of the sale.

**Please also note, all valuables are removed from on-site prior to sale and returned morning of the first day of sale.
