You MUST pick up your items on this day Only.

Alternative pickups may be considered on a case-by-case basis

The exact address will be released on your invoice.

Please bring packing material and boxes.

Please bring help for moving larger items.

If you are shipping items, please let me know your plans ASAP so I can coordinate pickup with shipper. If you are having items shipped through Live Auctioneers Shipping. Please complete that transaction online.


BID ACCEPTANCE

The purchaser is liable to pay for all items won at auction. Hollywood Deadstock LLC is the sole arbiter of any disputes.

Please do not bid unless you intend to pick up your items or arrange shipping. Any items not picked up will be considered abandoned and disposed of at Hollywood Deadstocks discretion.

We reserve the right to withdraw property at any time before the item is sold and reject a bid from any bidder.

RISK

In the event of any loss due to fire, theft, or any other reason, Hollywood Deadstock will only be liable for the return of any deposits or payments made by the purchaser.

We do not offer any warranty. All items are sold AS-IS and WHERE IS.

All items are noted correctly with approximate sizes, measurements and any visible wear and tear.

We list our items as accurately as possible and in good faith and is our opinion. If you have questions or concerns about an item, please ask prior to placing a bid.


BIDDING
The highest final bidder on a lot will be the buyer of the lot. All bids are final.

The purchase price will be the price of the final hammer price plus any applicable buyer's premium plus sales tax unless the purchaser is exempt by law from such taxes and has previously provided written exemption on file with Live Auctioneers.
